Evolve Holdings (EHIIP) is a West Michigan based company formed in 2011. Evolve Holdings starting out as a consulting company focused on the Lean transformation of companies primarily held by Private Equity companies. The consulting arm of the company has since been spun off into a separate consulting company.
Since spinning off EHIIP Consulting, Evolve Holdings has been focused on product development, start-up companies, along with minority and majority equity positions with small businesses.
Evolve has a unique perspective of utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles to evaluate, develop strategies, and lead companies to increased profitability. Through EHIIP Consulting, Evolve has show the skill set to turn around distressed companies as well as drive EBITDA to new levels with currently successful companies.

Jason Burt serves as the Managing member of Evolve Holdings and also has some leadership responsibilities for all portfolio companies. As the Lead consultant for EHIIP Consulting, Jason has helped multiple temporary leadership roles for Client companies with direct P&L responsibility for $20+ Million. EHIIP clients relying on Jason’s strategic guidance have had sales of $100 Million. Before starting Evolve Holdings, Jason held various Senior level positions within Herman Miller Furniture company. Working along side Toyota (strategic relationship) and their consultants for 16 years, Jason was a key part of the leadership and Lean Transformation across Herman Miller. This transformation has been written about in books and many case studies over the years. Jason, who has a Business Administration and Marketing Degree, is always looking for the next business opportunity or working on a start-up.
